I build every painting by hand. No brushes, no formula.

Every colour I’ve ever mixed, every decision I’ve ever made, left its mark somewhere. Not always on the canvas. My worktable has been there

Sometimes you just stop, and it hits you how extraordinary ordinary this has become.

To paint is to listen. To translate a memory, a place, a feeling you can’t quite put into words, and give it form, colour, life on canvas.
